Welcome to the Naughty Gnome. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. From time to time there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Naughty Gnome reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

You must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect your shipment. It is important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the delivery receipt that the delivery driver will give you before you sign for your items. A signature indicates acceptance. If you sign without inspecting the box or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment "as is." We will not be able to file a damage claim with the shipper on your behalf unless you notate any damages at the time of delivery. If the box is compromised in any way, please notate "box damaged, exposed product, damage to product" on the delivery receipt. Any damages must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of the item. If there are any damages or missing pieces, please note this on the delivery. If the box/packaging are not available for your inspection, be certain to note that on the delivery receipt. Remember that if you sign the delivery receipt without notating damages, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Failure to accept the delivery within 5 days of shipment availability will result in additional fees.

Return Policy

Merchandise may not be returned without formal prior written approval from authorized personnel in our office. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. We are unable to offer returns on modified or previously assembled items. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. and original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original receipts are required for all returns. Mattresses are not returnable.

Furniture Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include setup or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

1. Your item or items will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.

2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.

3. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.

4. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.

5. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.

6. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.

Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.

Special Orders

Please remember that Special Orders may take longer than estimated and are not returnable.

International Orders

Shipping prices do not include brokerage fees, duty, taxes, or other costs associated with shipping to a non-US address unless otherwise noted on the sales order.

These Terms and Conditions May Change

Naughty Gnome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website. Any action relating to the use of the website or any transaction with Naughty Gnome must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the County of Hennepin, Minnesota.

Customer Privacy

Naughty Gnome respects the privacy and trust of our customers. We will not sell or otherwise make available our mailing list to anyone. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

*SHIPPING PROMOTION EXCLUSION*

Due to factors that affect freight shipping requirements, orders containing only case goods such as dressers, nightstands, desks, bookcases, trundles, and storage drawers do not qualify for most free shipping promotions and may incur standard freight shipping charges. Case goods ordered along with qualifying items such as beds and bed combinations qualify for free shipping promotions.
