    All items ship for FREE to addresses located in the continental United States. Regretfully, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
  • Can I Add Items To An Existing Order?
    Unfortunately, you can’t add items to existing orders. If you would like to add new items to an order you will need to place a new order on our site.
  • What About Sales Tax?
    The prices displayed include sales tax. No surprises at checkout!
  • Can I Cancel My Order?
    Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
  • Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?
    We suggest that you contact us ASAP so we can make the changes but we cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Only Part Of My Order Showed Up. Where Is The Rest Of My Order?
    Your order may come from different suppliers, therefore it may arrive at different times and have different tracking numbers.
  • Do You Ship Outside of the United States?
    No, we do not ship outside of the U.S. However, we plan to in the future. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Can I Return My Item?
    We accept returns only in cases where the item is damaged or defective on arrival. If this is the case, please accept our sincerest apologies. Email support@naughtygnome.com and we will reply back within one business day with the mailing address for returns. Please visit our return policy page for more information. Sale and clearance item(s) are non-refundable.
  • Is It Secure to Order Online at Naughty Gnome?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept international billing addresses for credit cards at this time. We can accept only credit cards with U.S. billing addresses.

  • Where Do You Ship?
    We can only ship to street addresses in the continental U.S.. Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We can not ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
